I shared my thoughts about half a year back regarding the Drupal theme and how I was not entirely happy with it anymore. It took longer than I originally thought, but today I finally updated the front-end theme to the new version.
In my opinion it is a better user experience, and it also gives a slightly fresher look with the reworked cast/crew view.
I decided to hide several fields, and only show them for logged in users. This makes the OFDb a bit more accessible, but it’s relevant to see all fields when you’re editing things. The hidden information is still very valuable and should be added to the database, but the majority of users probably doesn’t need to see these fields when checking their favourite movies and TV shows.
